CLIENT BRIEF

The clients wished to extend the house considerably as well as to renovate the existing accommodation. The well-tended existing gardens had to be protected in the new design.

DESIGN

The original bungalow sits in a beautiful hilly garden of mature trees and shrubs. However there was no place to extend outwards without diminishing the garden.  The decision was taken to add an additional floor over the original ground floor.  The original roof tiles were removed during the course of the works and were replaced onto the new roof configuration.  New windows, doors, kitchen and services were provided throughout.

The bungalow is now renovated and transformed. Numerous new views have been created on the first floor out over the beautiful gardens
