House Upgrade, Goatstown, Dublin 14
Having watched a lot of house design programmes on TV over the years – and being aware of all the things that go wrong during the design and build stages – I was somewhat in trepidation about embarking on upgrade work in our home. But I was immediately reassured: the project was expertly and efficiently managed by Simon from the onset. Our working relationship was very enjoyable and we were very impressed by the expert service provided to us. The project was completed without any hitches.

Complete House Refurbishment, Blacrock, Co Dublin
We used S J Carroll Architects to manage the complete refurbishment of an old house we bought in Blackrock. A clear strategy for the project was identified early on and we were expertly guided through the building process from the time we first approached the architects to a year later when we moved in to our newly refurbished house. We found Simon, engaging and enthusiastic about our project… a good listener he quickly understood exactly what we needed and where our priorities lay. The house is wonderful and we love showing it off to our friends!

Pre-Sale & Post-Sale Survey Services, Drawing Services and Compete Apartment Renovation
I have use S J Carroll & Co Architects on a few occasions over the last few years and always found them extremely professional, efficient and very easy company to deal with. I have used Simon to do pre-sale survey and layout drawings on my late father's houses prior to selling 2 years ago. The advice provided resulted in a much higher sale price than we had expected. I was very impressed with the Simon's level of knowledge and expertise in all areas of design and building When it came time to purchase a property for another family member, I called on S J Carroll Architects again to perform a pre-sale survey to confirm there were no hidden problems.
I have been so impressed with all the work done to date, that I am now using Simon to manage the complete renovation of an old appartment I purchased in France.
